Welcome to the middle of the Dog Days of Summer; July if Florida probably not the best time to go fishing but this is what we do. Lake Eustis was this months lake of choice and between temps in the mid 90’s, little too no wind and every boats owner in the state deciding to do laps around the anglers the day was still better than going to work. We sent out 27 boats and even with all the distractions and going to a 3 fish limit the Warriors guys still managed to bring in 66 bass, 21 limits, 4 fish over 6lbs for a total of 148.86 lbs of fish caught. That’s a pretty good with all the distraction the guys had to deal with. Rounding out the money spots in 6th place was Tane Crossley & Chris with 7.28lb. 5th went to Derek Matush & Kaitlynn with 8.09lb (Welcome Back guys). Coming in 4th was Tom Crawford & John Young with 8.34lb. 3rd place went to Dave Radebaugh & Dave Chillon with 9.35 lb. 2nd place was Kevin Heard & Ayden Parks with 11.41lb. Top Honors went to Luigi Capriotti & Gregg with a Giant 3 fish limit going 14.27lb. The days Big Fish went to Ayden Parks with a Eustis summer stud tipping the scales at 7.18 lb.
