January is normally cold and windy but this is Florida were everything changes day to day. A few days ago and a few days from now we are looking at freeze warnings but not today. It was a warm 80 degrees with lite wind and plenty of sun and that make the fish want to eat. Although there were no giants caught there was plenty of fish for most. We sent out 21 boats and the Warriors anglers brought in 94 fish,16 limits,but only 6 fish over 3 lbs and none over 4 lbs for a total of 1477.66 lbs of fish weighed in. Not a record but a fun day for January. Rounding out the money spots in 5th was Shelton Smith & Eric with 8.94 lb. Coming in 4th was Brent Carter and Brandon Blondell with 9.32 lb. 3rd went to Richard Murling & Richard with10.44 lb that bag was anchored by the days Big Fish at 3.96 lb. First runner up went to Jim & Kyle Arts with 10.60 lb. Top Honor went to Tane Crossley & Jake Lewis with 11.16 lb. Congrats to all the winners.
